- 1/2 cup of capers
- 2 potatoes, cubed

Method
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

- Stir to combine all of the ingredients.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot.

- Uncover the pot and continue to simmer for an additional 15 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Serve hot with rice and beans.
