- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Method
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. 3. In a frying pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat. 4. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the frying pan with the ground beef and cook until the onion is soft. 5. Add the can of diced tomatoes, cooked rice, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the frying pan with the ground beef mixture. Stir to combine. 6. Stuff the bell peppers with the ground beef mixture and place them in a baking dish. 7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the stuffed peppers. 8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. 9. Remove the foil from the baking dish and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 10.
