- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges, for serving

Method
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced onion and red bell pepper and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until softened.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add the cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, and salt and stir to combine.
- Add the cooked rice and black beans to the skillet and stir to combine with the spice mixture.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice and beans are heated through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
