Method

1. Andhra Style Lemon Rice

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan or kadhai. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and asafoetida.
  2. Add peanuts and fry until they turn golden brown.
  3. Add green chillies and turmeric powder. Fry for a minute.
  4. Add cooked rice and mix well.
  5. Add lemon juice and salt. Mix well.
