Method

- Place the soaked wrapper onto a damp kitchen towel.
- Place a small amount of each filling ingredient onto the bottom third of the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom of the wrapper up and over the filling.
- Roll the wrapper tightly, tucking the sides in as you go.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients and wrappers.
