Method

  7. Add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
  8. Reduce the flame to low and cover the pot with a lid. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the water is absorbed.
  9. Turn off the flame and let the rice rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
