- Add chopped tomato and cook until it becomes soft and mushy.

- Mix well and cook for a minute.
- Add soaked brown rice and lentils.
- Add 2 cups of water and salt to taste.
- Stir well and close the pressure cooker lid.
- Cook for 3 to 4 whistles on high flame.
- Let the pressure release naturally, and then open the lid.
- Mix well and serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
