- 2 cups of rice
- 1 cup of mixed seafood (prawns, squid, fish)

Method

- Add the mixed seafood and cook for 5 minutes or until the seafood is cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a separate pot, add 3 cups of water and bring to a boil.
- Drain the soaked rice and add it to the boiling water. Cook until the rice is ¾th done.
- Strain the rice and add it to the seafood mixture. Mix well.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
