- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup candy corn
- 1/2 cup candy pumpkins
Equipment
- 9x13 inch baking dish
- Large pot
- Spatula
Method
- Grease the baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
- Add the Rice Krispies cereal, candy corn, and candy pumpkins. Stir until well coated.
- Using a spatula, transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Press the mixture down firmly and evenly into the dish.
- Allow to cool and set for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
