Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken strips with cornstarch, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce until the chicken is coated.

  3. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to combine with the rice and vegetables.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
