Method
- Turn on the instant pot and select the sauté function.

- Press the pressure cook button and set the timer for 3 minutes.
- Once the timer goes off, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, release any remaining pressure manually.
- Stir the chicken, broccoli, and rice mixture to combine.
Notes
- If you prefer to use brown rice instead of white rice, increase the cooking time to 22 minutes and add an additional 1/4 cup of chicken broth.
