- 3 cups cooked rice

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Wok or large frying pan

Method
- Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced ham and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove the ham from the pan and set aside.
