Method

- Fill a large bowl with warm water and dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for about 10 seconds, or until it becomes soft and pliable.
- Place the softened rice paper wrapper onto a cutting board or clean surface.
- Add a small handful of vermicelli noodles to the center of the wrapper.
