For the Manchurian Balls:- 1 cup grated cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornflour
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- Oil for frying
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil

Method
For the Manchurian Balls:- In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated cabbage, grated carrot, chopped onions, all-purpose flour, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt. Mix well.
- Add water as needed to form a sticky dough.
- Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the balls until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large pot and add the chopped onions. Saute until translucent.
- Add the chopped capsicum and ginger-garlic paste. Saute for a minute.
- Add the red chili powder, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the cooked rice and mix gently until the rice is coated with the sauce.
- Finally, add the manchurian balls and mix gently.
- Cover the pot and let it cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.

- You can adjust the spice level according to your taste.
- Make sure to drain the excess oil from the manchurian balls before adding them to the rice.
- You can also add chopped garlic and green chilies for extra flavor.
