For the jeera rice, you will need:- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup grated paneer
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt, and stir to combine. 12. Add the grated paneer and water and stir to combine. 13. Simmer the paneer gravy for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the paneer is heated through and the sauce has thickened. 14. Stir in the chopped cilantro. 15. Serve the paneer gravy over the jeera rice.Notes
