- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 bay leaves

- Large skillet or Dutch oven
- Cooking twine
Method
- Combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil to the bowl and mix until the spices are fully incorporated.
