- 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

- 1 cup of salsa
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. 3. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. 4.
