  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked rice, shredded cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, chopped green onions, red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin powder, paprika powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Scoop out 2 tablespoons of the rice mixture and form into a patty. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
