  • Salt to Taste
For Chicken Gravy:
  • 500 grams Chicken
  • 2 Onions, chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • Salt to Taste
  • Coriander Leaves, for garnish

Method

For Ghee Rice: 1. Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes. 2. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and add bay leaf, cloves, cardamoms, and cinnamon stick. 3. Add the soaked rice and sauté for about 2 minutes. 4. Add water and salt to taste and pressure cook for one whistle. 5. Once the pressure is released, fluff the rice with a fork. For Chicken Gravy: 1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. 2. Sauté the onions until they turn golden brown. 3. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute. 4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy. 5. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala powder and mix well. 6. Add chicken pieces and sauté until they are cooked through. 7. Add salt to taste and mix well. 8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
