Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 cup basmati rice

Method

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  8. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 18-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked through.
  9. Stir in the frozen peas to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
