- 1 tbsp ghee

Method
- Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.

- Add the remaining milk to the cooked rice and stir well.
- Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron, and custard powder to the mixture and mix well.
- Cook the mixture on medium heat for 15 minutes or until it thickens.
- Add the roasted nuts to the mixture and mix well.
- Cook for another 5 minutes and turn off the flame.
- Let it cool and serve chilled.
