Method
- Turn on the Instant Pot and press the sauté button. Add the olive oil and let it heat up.

- Once the timer goes off, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, carefully turn the pressure release valve to venting to release any remaining pressure.
- Open the lid of the Instant Pot and fluff the rice with a fork.
- Serve the chicken and rice hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
