- 1 cup cooked rice - 1 cup plain yogurt - 1/4 cup milk - 1/4 cup chopped cucumber - 1/4 cup grated carrot - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro - 1/4 tsp mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp urad dal - 1/4 tsp chana dal - 1/4 tsp asafoetida - 2-3 green chilies, chopped - 1 tbsp oil - Salt to taste

Method
1. In a mixing bowl, add the cooked rice and yogurt. Mix well. 2. Add milk and mix again. 3. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. 4. Add cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, and asafoetida. Fry for a few seconds. 5. Add chopped green chilies and fry for a few more seconds. 6. Add the tempering to the rice mixture and mix well. 7. Add chopped cucumber, grated carrot, and chopped cilantro. Mix well. 8. Add salt to taste and mix again. 9. Serve chilled.
